As a previous chair of the emerging professionals committee (2023-2025), she launched Project Almost Architect and later founded the Committee on Practice and Licensure. Savannah was named the AIA Oregon Emerging Professional of the Year for 2025, and also received the Oregon's Next Award from the Architecture Foundation of Oregon.
